New patients cannot directly book or reschedule appointments through the app. Instead, their requests are submitted to the clinic, where staff review and process them within 24 hours. Once the request is completed, the updated appointment details and timings will be visible in the app. Please avoid submitting multiple requests and wait for the clinic staff to contact you with confirmation.
